Job Summary
Direct the global EH&S and environmental sustainability strategy for IDT, oversee compliance with laws and customer requirements, and lead a cross-site team to identify and close EH&S gaps. Develop and implement programs, policies, and standard work; coordinate audits (internal and external) and corrective actions; liaise with government agencies and Danaher EH&S leadership. Travel 40-50% (10% global) and be able to reside in the US with frequent travel to Coralville; relocation to Iowa preferred. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a track record of driving EH&S in a multi-site manufacturing context; experience with risk assessment, incident investigation, business continuity planning, and leading EH&S initiatives across manufacturing sites; strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
