Job Summary
Director, Enterprise Talent Acquisition leads the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruiting for Highmark Health. Responsibilities include guiding a large recruitment team, delivering quality hires, improving time-to-fill and building a diverse, scalable talent pipeline; partnering with Employer Brand, VP of TA, business leaders, HR and marketing to execute recruitment marketing; utilizing emerging technologies including AI to enhance candidate experience and recruiting efficiency; defining and tracking metrics (SLAs, quality of hire, time-to-fill) and ensuring compliance with EEO/AA and OFCCP; overseeing policies, budgets, and cross-functional projects with a focus on high-volume, hard-to-fill roles across a healthcare and health-insurance context. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across multiple enterprise segments (including AHN and enGen) with travel up to 25% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field (Required)
- 10 years of progressive Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience
- 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience using ATS/CRM in OFCCP-regulated environment
- 5 years of Project Management experience
