Job Summary
Define growth goals for 1–2 enterprise accounts, including incremental gift volume, product module adoption, and financial advisor penetration. Build active, living growth plans that drive results within risk parameters, validated by data and customer feedback loops. Map core user journeys to identify integration opportunities and partner with product teams to develop workflow solutions shaped by client needs. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across business units, operations, and technology to act as a credible advisor on organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, analytics, and field teams while building dashboards to track account health and growth trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business management, sales, or other related field
- 5–8 years in enterprise growth, strategic account management, or management consulting
- Solid understanding of how operations and product capabilities translate into growth, and how to use that knowledge to identify opportunities and support adoption on the client side
- Demonstrated contribution to growth outcomes with a track record of supporting performance improvements in complex accounts
- Working knowledge of the relationship between product, operations, and commercial outcomes; able to connect client needs to internal capabilities
- Solid analytical mindset: able to support modeling of growth opportunities, assess resource trade-offs, and contribute to business cases
- Strong presence with client and internal stakeholders; comfortable presenting to senior audiences
- Ability to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams through influence, supporting coordinated execution across marketing, product, field organizations, and more
- Self-directed contributor who can create structure in moderately ambiguous situations, move from strategy to execution, and navigate the compliance and operational constraints typical of fintech environments
