Job Summary
Director - Enterprise Strategy & Business Development leads the development and delivery of strategic analyses, business plans, and recommendations on the organization’s competitive position. Oversees a team producing market research, enterprise strategic plans, and growth opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Acts as an expert resource for market decision support, manages CON strategy, advises executives, translates complex findings into executive-level presentations, and coaches managers and associates to drive efficiency, profitability, and service-line improvements within a large health-system context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration
- Seven (7) years of experience working in healthcare strategy
- 5-7 years Management
- Technical expertise in at least 4 of the following focuses: healthcare strategic planning, service line strategy, healthcare customer experience, digital and virtual health, provider network planning, payer strategy, partnerships, or post-partnership integration
- Experience with strategy level financial modeling
- Ability to coach and lead a team to develop forecasting and modeling tools
- Ability to deploy hypothesis-based problem-solving approaches
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Tableau; Epic and Workday preferred
