Job Summary
Director, Enterprise Solution Architect leading pre-sales, enterprise architecture, and solutioning across CCaaS, CRM/ERP, AI/GenAI/LLM, RPA, and data platforms. Responsibilities include defining forward-thinking architectures, producing design artifacts and specifications, differentiating AI/GenAI use cases, engaging senior client/partner leaders, and collaborating with sales, technical, and delivery teams to achieve revenue goals. Requires deep enterprise-architecture expertise, strong knowledge of hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/Google), CRM/ERP ecosystems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP, Adobe), CCaaS, AI, GenAI, LLMs, RPA, and related platforms, with a track record of creating solution blueprints, technical docs, and design artifacts for Fortune 500 clients.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience with Fortune 500 companies
- strong track record of consulting-led technology pre-sales, solutioning, and enterprise architecture
- advanced knowledge of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, cognitive automation, and predictive analytics
- experience with CCaaS and AI partner solutions
- cross-platform database, data architecture, security, performance, scalability, and reliability
- commercial acumen for cost optimization, speed-to-market, and revenue growth
