Job Summary
Directs and evolves PacificSource’s enterprise sales strategy and business development initiatives, collaborating with the Executive VP and Sales/Marketing leadership to drive market development plans, product/IT alignment, and growth. Responsible for leading enterprise sales growth with top national agencies, shaping enterprise distribution and compensation strategies, evaluating strategic initiatives, developing cross-state partnerships, and building a data-driven CRM framework. Oversees budgeting, training programs, cross-functional collaboration (Finance, IT, Operations, Marketing), performance reporting to senior leadership, and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Requires ten years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, strategic and analytical thinking, strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel 40-50% while working from a Salem, Oregon location.
Required Qualifications
