Job Summary
Director Enterprise Sales role leading strategic enterprise accounts in automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, and energy. Founding-member of SimScale's strategic enterprise sales function, owning transformation programs at Forbes Global 2000 enterprises, and partnering with CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and VPs of Engineering on shifting from simulation-as-validation to AI-as-design. Build the C-level engagement playbook and lead a growing team; travel across Europe and the US for key accounts. Relocation and visa support provided; English required with German strong preferred. The role emphasizes executive presence, consultative selling, and delivering multi-million-dollar transformation outcomes with direct exposure to founders and the CRO.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years in strategy or implementation consulting
- Demonstrated industrial-sector experience (auto, aerospace, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, energy)
- Track record originating and shaping multi-million-dollar transformation projects with C-level stakeholders
- Strong executive presence; consultative selling instincts
- Mission-motivated, founding-member energy
- English required, German strong
