Job Summary
Director level ERM leader responsible for maturing and managing the Enterprise Risk Management program across Cencora’s business units; partners with stakeholders to align risk management with corporate objectives and risk tolerance; develops standardized processes, reporting, and tools; leads risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring; delivers dashboards and reporting aligned to risk appetite; educates risk owners; oversees associates relations and budget/resource planning; combines risk governance with strategic direction in a Fortune 500, healthcare/logistics context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years directly related and progressively responsible leadership experience in Enterprise Risk Management
- Minimum CRMP, CBCP, CRM or equivalent certification or equivalent required
- Experience designing ERM strategy including Risk Governance Framework, risk aggregation, reporting and cross-functional execution
- Experience in a highly complex, time-sensitive supply chain logistics, warehouse and distribution management and/or healthcare environment desired
- Strong leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across executives and management
- Ability to operate in a matrix, multi-national environment
- Ability to manage budgets and staffing; change management and project management proficiency
