Director - Enterprise Project Management Office

Facilitate, communicate, and manage intake requests, projects, and monitoring results across the network to ensure alignment between EPMO strategies and organizational objectives. Initiate and collaborate on standard methods, procedures, and metrics for IT and business projects, ensuring compliance through completion to retrieve measurable results. Oversee staff for hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and coaching while maintaining financial stewardship and department budget integrity. Lead individual Project Managers to enforce standards, manage the Life Cycle Management for the EPMO, and partner with management to select information technology supporting strategic direction.
