Job Summary
Director-level leadership role owning the Cloud Order Management platform end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, governance, and operational readiness across the order-to-cash landscape. Responsible for platform standards, integration oversight (cloud OM ↔ billing, CRM, and payment systems), and ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and strong control points. Builds and leads a team spanning integration/business analysts and platform/operational support, delivering reliable, secure, auditable outcomes. Key duties include release management support, design oversight for primary integrations, UAT and cutover planning, production readiness, and driving adoption and automation opportunities. Requires deep knowledge of OM implementations and integrations, cloud-to-on-prem patterns, data mapping, and cross-functional delivery with stakeholders, vendors, and business owners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated advanced expertise in Order Management platforms and Order-to-Cash processes, including fulfillment-to-billing touchpoints and integration dependencies across enterprise ecosystems
- Experience leading enterprise OM implementations and integrations, including cloud-to-on-prem integration patterns, data mapping, process alignment, and end-to-end operational readiness
- Hands-on integration leadership across key platforms: Cloud OM, CRM, Payment system, Billing platforms
- Experience leading complex cross-functional delivery, including design workshops, configuration decisions, testing (including UAT), cutover, and go-live stabilization
- Strong leadership presence and ability to influence across business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex integration topics into actionable plans for senior audiences
- Ability to prioritize, execute with rigor, and operate in ambiguity while building a new platform capability and team model
