Job Summary
Lead enterprise marketing strategy across Vizient Member Networks, education solutions, and thought leadership activation. Shape positioning, messaging, and value propositions; define multi-channel campaigns to drive client engagement, enrollment, advocacy, and retention; integrate messaging into sales enablement and renewals. Oversee education platform go-to-market efforts, launch strategies for new courses and capabilities, and governance for marketing across business units. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, partner with executives and cross-functional leaders, and champion thought leadership across owned channels. Willingness to travel and collaborate with healthcare associations and external organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies across multiple products, services, or business units.
- Experience leading positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives for complex healthcare offerings.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing thought leadership activation, digital marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and performance measurement skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing professionals.
- Willingness to travel.
