Job Summary
Director-level role leading enterprise maintenance strategy across a multi-site footprint (retail, food manufacturing, facilities, and emerging operations). Focus on transforming reactive maintenance to preventive/predictive models, owning enterprise capital planning and operating budgets, standardizing maintenance programs, and driving data-driven performance using CMMS and reporting. Responsibilities include building and mentoring a proactive maintenance organization, setting standards and governance across business units, coordinating vendor contracts, optimizing parts and inventory, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Requires deep experience in PM/PdM programs, multi-site operations, financial stewardship, vendor management, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities for field operators and executives. Travel readiness and strong leadership capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience leading multi-site maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations
- Hands-on CMMS experience
- Financial acumen including budgeting and capital planning
- Ability to travel; valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills to translate technical issues for operators and executives
