Job Summary
Director leads enterprise IT VMO governance for MSPs and strategic technology suppliers, owning strategic supplier relationships and driving performance, contract and commercial management, risk, compliance, and financial stewardship. Responsibilities include establishing enterprise-wide vendor governance frameworks, post-contract change control, forensic audits of invoices against rate cards, and Quarterly Business Reviews; partners with CIO/VP stakeholders to align supplier capabilities with business and technology strategies; champions operational excellence, service delivery maturity, and end-to-end governance across McKesson Technology. Preferred capabilities include deep expertise in managed IT services, executive communication, matrixed stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex contractual terms into actionable operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
