Job Summary
Director, Enterprise Impact Strategy leads enterprise-wide impact strategy, coordinates with executive leadership and impact pillar teams to develop a comprehensive impact growth strategy aligned to revenue and enterprise goals; drives strategic discussions, analysis, and decisions to establish impact initiatives, measures outcomes, and ensure execution through performance tracking and change initiatives; requires extensive nonprofit impact strategy experience, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to influence senior leadership across the organization. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in nonprofit impact strategy, impact outcome measurement, and/or impact program development and design
- 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating meetings of 3-200+ attendees
