Job Summary
Design, position, and win multi-tower transformation and managed services deals by establishing enterprise architecture views of priority accounts, including application estates, COTS footprints, SaaS landscapes, and modernization imperatives. Lead workshops and C-suite conversations to shape modern architectures leveraging COTS rationalization, app-centric cloud migration, AIOps-driven observability, and agentic AI for workflow intelligence. Serve as the cross-tower deal architect across applications, cloud, infrastructure, security, digital workplace, and managed services, designing integrated solutions that combine multi-COTS stacks, cloud-native ecosystems, and AIOps capabilities. Define target-state architectures, reference models, transition roadmaps, and operating models for major RFPs and RFIs, partnering with bid, finance, and legal teams on commercial optimization. Provide thought leadership to evolve cross-tower offerings by integrating modern application architectures, next-gen operations, and process intelligence tools for BPO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 15+ years experience in applications architecture, COTS/SaaS solutioning, cloud-native architecture and/or operations automation
- 5+ years in presales or deal architecture roles designing large, multi-tower solutions
- Proven experience integrating AIOps and AI-enabled automation into enterprise programs
- Exposure to APAC multi-country clients and global delivery models

- Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), enterprise architecture, and relevant SaaS/COTS platforms
