Job Summary
Lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of Workday Financials and related enterprise applications. Manage and mentor application teams while driving ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across Finance and Accounting. Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives, overseeing financial system architecture, reporting platforms, and data governance initiatives. This direct hire role is on-site in Las Vegas, NV or Draper, UT.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Systems, Applications Management, Financial Systems, ERP, or related disciplines
- 5+ years leading Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP implementations and support
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with direct reports
- Experience supporting financial modules including: General Ledger, Treasury, Budgeting & Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement/Purchase Orders, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting
- 3+ years managing system integrations, APIs, EDI, or third-party connectivity
- 3+ years designing reports, analytics, and business intelligence solutions
- 2+ years supporting banking platforms, payment processing, NACHA, positive pay, or payment gateways
- On-site in Las Vegas, NV or Draper, UT
