Job Summary
Director of Enterprise Applications responsible for strategy, governance, and optimization of enterprise systems (ERP NetSuite) across Finance, HR/People, Fulfillment/Operations, Marketing, PM/PD. Lead governance, master data, analytics enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, integrated data and supported decision-making. Own day-to-day operations and vendor relationships while building a high-performing enterprise applications team. Partner with Data & Integration, Change Management & AI, and IT Service Delivery to align data models, governance, and technology strategy with business goals. Focus areas include ERP ownership, master data governance, data quality, analytics enablement, and scalable process improvements to drive efficiency and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise applications, including ERP (NetSuite) ownership
- Broad understanding of business processes and systems supporting Finance, HR, Operations, Fulfillment, Marketing, PM, and Product Development
- Proven track record in application governance, master data management, and analytics enablement
- Experience managing large, cross-functional system projects with business-wide impact
- Strong understanding of data governance and collaboration across data, AI, and cybersecurity domains
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Clear communicator with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with a bias for documentation, standardization, and scalable process enablement
- Experience in CPG, retail, or manufacturing environments preferred
