Job Summary
Directs and drives growth for Lotlinx's Enterprise Accounts in North America, leading the expansion into the top automotive dealership groups. Oversees sales operations and strategy, manages a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and maintains deep client relationships to propel revenue. Responsible for budgeting, performance targets, risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, finance, customer service), and regular reporting to senior management. Requires MBA or equivalent experience, robust automotive industry background, and proven leadership in multi-team environments; seeks a strategic, data-driven leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to expand Lotlinx presence in enterprise accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of recent experience in the automotive industry
- 3+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Creative problem solving
- Budget management and financial acumen
- Relationship building with stakeholders and clients
