Director, Engineering - Strategic Thermal Labs

Job Summary
Lead the engineering organization for the Strategic Thermal Labs LOB, guiding multi-discipline teams across product development, testing, and validation of advanced liquid cooling solutions. Responsible for delivering NPD programs to spec, on time, and within budget across NAM, EMEA, and APAC; provide technical leadership for product groups and manage sustaining products in server liquid cooling. Drive global strategies, budget planning, cross-functional collaboration with Offering Managers, Architecture, Sales, and customers, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Oversee multi-regional staffing, vendor relations, and continuous improvement, while maintaining industry leadership and strong communications in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering from accredited institution
- 15-20+ years of experience as a technical manager with progression in managerial roles
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience delivering NPD launches on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multi-region resources and vendors
- Proven track record of leadership in High Density Liquid Cooling products
