Job Summary
Director of Engineering Operations located in St. Louis, MO (on-site). Own and optimize Stage Gate and project delivery across ETO and CPT engineering teams; serve as PM of record for high-value complex projects; standardize kickoff and milestone cadence; drive ERP adoption (Acumatica) and establish weekly/monthly variance metrics; define done criteria for engineering outputs; directly manage two Engineering Leads with goal setting and performance reviews; translate revenue targets into engineering capacity requirements; participate in make/buy decisions and capital investment justification; oversee integration of the Philippines-based engineering team; bring 8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in program/operations leadership, experience with structured lifecycle processes, and familiarity with ERP tools; candidate will influence engineering standards, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery and margin.
