Job Summary
Direct and oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives for JMI, setting short- and long-term sales strategies while evaluating program effectiveness. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, then manage the sales team by creating functional strategies and specific objectives. Lead team members through regular interaction and coordination across all levels of the supply chain, utilizing ERP systems and negotiation skills to handle aircraft parts trading and purchasing. Maintain professional communication with vendors, coworkers, and clients while leveraging analytical skills to build mathematical models and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in market research of financial analysis
- 3-5 years of experience within the aviation spare parts industry
- Ability to build mathematical model using statistical methods
- Experience with illustrated parts catalogues and maintenance/component manuals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Quantum Software is helpful
- Love efficiency and can help build improvements in processes
