Job Summary
Director, Enabling Capabilities leads Global Services data, digital, and insights strategy, including intelligent automation, reporting, and content enablement. Responsible for building and evolving enterprise capabilities that power service delivery, shaping data, digital, content, insights, and process excellence capabilities to enable scaled, data-driven decision-making. Owns strategy development for data, digital, and insights, content management and knowledge enablement, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve cost-to-serve, service quality, and operational resilience. Acts as a strategic connector between Strategy & Operations and delivery teams, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans, while enabling large-scale transformation and measurable business outcomes. Develops and leads high-performing capability teams, fostering accountability and sustainable operating models, and partners with portfolio, operations, and experience teams to support must-win initiatives and drive measurable impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Data, Information Systems, or related field)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Typically requires 10-12 years of experience in strategy, operations, or enterprise capability management within a global or shared services environment
- Proven experience leading data, digital, reporting, or process excellence capabilities at enterprise scale
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into operating models, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across senior leadership, operations, and delivery teams
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing global teams
- Preferred experience supporting large-scale transformations or enterprise “must win” initiatives
- Background in shared services, global business services, or enterprise operations environments
- Familiarity with intelligent automation, analytics platforms, and content management ecosystems
- Experience working in or partnering with offshore or regional delivery hubs
