Job Summary
Director - Employee Relations role within Mastercard's Global Employee Relations team. Provide expert ER guidance to People Business Partners, managers, and employees on policies and processes; partner with internal employment counsel, compliance, and HRBPs to manage employee relations issues and investigations; conduct investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other work-related concerns; document findings and maintain case data; utilize case management systems; generate periodic reporting for senior stakeholders; build cross-functional relationships across geographies; provide APAC-focused ER advice on topics such as performance management, disciplinary processes, and termination risk within a care-focused framework; support global ER projects and drive process improvements aligned with Mastercard values.
Required Qualifications
- Deep human resources experience
- solid ER experience
- APAC employment and labour laws understanding
- proven project management skills
- experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues
- strong investigative skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
