Director, Employee Experience and Talent Strategy

Job Summary

Implement talent strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans across the US commercial organization. Support delivery of talent reviews, succession planning, and capability assessments to identify key talent and development priorities. Partner with HR and business leaders to address development needs and strengthen leadership capability. Analyze employee feedback, pulse survey data, and retention metrics to translate insights into action plans. Translate enterprise-wide HR priorities into the US commercial business unit while meeting local needs. Support change initiatives and organizational transitions to maintain engagement and business continuity. Requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including talent management and succession planning. Reports to the Vice President of HR, US Biopharmaceutical Business Unit. Hybrid schedule averages three days per week from the office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Experience supporting a commercial, sales, or similarly fast-paced business environment
