Job Summary
Develop and implement employee and community giving programs across a matrixed organization, performing periodic reviews and analyzing outcomes to inform enhancements. Manage operational execution, including change management, communications, and vendor relationships, while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with BMO's purpose and values. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence, set strategic goals, and build interdependent teams that deliver on business and financial objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, conducting independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and developing business cases for resource requirements. Monitor industry developments, produce regular reports and dashboards, and continuously update processes to ensure program effectiveness and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
