Job Summary
Direct and lead end-to-end EHR engagements for health-system clients across design, go-live, optimization, and sustained adoption; manage delivery excellence, account ownership, and executive relationships; translate technical and operational performance into financial and operational outcomes for CFO/COO/CIO/CMIO and revenue-cycle leadership; drive revenue-cycle implementation and optimization with measurable metrics; connect configuration to financial outcomes; oversee patient throughput and capacity operations including bed management and transfer centers; develop and grow accounts, lead pursuits and proposals, and mentor staff; contribute to thought leadership on adoption and sustainability of EHR solutions; preferred Epic implementation or other EHR platforms and prior consulting/advisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- minimum 10+ years of prior relevant consulting and/or work experience
- Demonstrated, repeated success leading EHR implementations, go-lives, and optimizations through stabilization at a lead or director level
- Proven track record in revenue cycle, with fluency in hospital finance metrics and the configuration decisions that influence them
- Proven track record in patient throughput and logistics, including capacity command center, transfer center, and bed and flow operations
- Experience leading client accounts and developing executive relationships into sustained engagements
- Evidence-based point of view on adoption and sustainability for build and other consulting solutions
- Strong leadership judgment in ambiguous environments and ability to advise at executive level
