Job Summary
Educational Renewal Zone Director to bridge partnerships between two-year college partners, educator preparation programs (EPPS), educational service cooperatives, and public-school districts. Responsibilities include meeting yearly performance goals on state initiatives, tracking and utilizing data to improve program offerings, developing partnerships among stakeholders for teacher preparation, school performance, and student growth; delivering High-Quality Professional Learning opportunities; stewarding grants and overseeing budget planning for the Zone; focusing on HQIM, HQPL, leadership designations, coaching training, and engagement of families and communities; promoting statewide priorities in literacy, numeracy, and human capital development; and facilitating state initiatives such as teacher residency programs, HQIM promotion, and related professional development and career pathway activities. Master’s degree required; K-12 teaching or administrator experience preferred; strong knowledge of literacy, curriculum, and evidence-based instructional practices.
