Job Summary

Director, Education Engagement Marketing leads a high-impact marketing function focused on education segment engagement and use of Adobe tools. Responsibilities include defining full-funnel digital marketing strategy, optimizing metrics with analytics, deploying AI to enhance efficiency and signals, aligning with Sales and Customer Success to support account growth, and directing content development of education-focused use cases, case studies, playbooks, and tutorials. The role oversees a team of subject-matter experts, mentors them, and works with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with the product roadmap, while collaborating across global and regional teams to ensure locally relevant execution and adoption of AI tools across the function.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing
  • experience in digital marketing or demand generation
  • proven track record in driving product adoption, engagement, or usage growth in SaaS or subscription models
  • experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • strong collaboration and influence across multiple functions
  • strong storytelling skills and ability to translate complex products into value propositions
  • experience applying AI tools to marketing, demand generation, and lead scoring
