Director, Duals Strategy

Director, Duals Strategy responsible for coordinating enterprise-wide dual eligible strategy across the Southeast Region, driving product-line growth through policy development, partnerships, and innovative program models. Develops strategic and business plans, communicates priorities to product organizations and markets, and ensures regulatory alignment with federal and state objectives. Leads strategic projects, assigns accountable parties, monitors outcomes, and facilitates cross-development matrix teams to address opportunities in areas such as network growth and provider relations. Drives cross-product financial planning and maintains effective communications among shared service partners and internal/external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred) and 7+ years healthcare experience with prior leadership or multi-project coordination; offers remote/hybrid/field or office work options and competitive compensation.
