Job Summary
Provide leadership for Distribution Operations, ensuring consistent support across all channels and executing strategic plans through goal development, policy creation, and staffing management. Manage budgets, analyze variances, and drive sales strategies while overseeing analytics, reporting automation, and competitive intelligence to maximize revenue potential. Lead project delivery, sales training programs, and the deployment of sales tools, fostering alignment with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and operational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales/distribution operations, business operations, or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience
- Experience managing budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and action planning
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and operational teams to drive projects and outcomes
- Experience supporting market-facing initiatives, including product positioning, partner relationships, or distribution strategy
- 8+ years of experience in sales/distribution operations, business operations, or a related field, and within the insurance industry
