Director, Digital leads client digital strategy and activation for a fast-paced multi-brand environment, shaping digital maturity and market adoption of regional/global initiatives. The role drives end-to-end digital governance, planning, and delivery across Malaysia, partnering with operations, data, and planning teams to elevate digital performance, while managing relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams. Key focus areas include building scalable frameworks for WoW, data, analytics, and measurement; guiding thought leadership and market-facing initiatives; and coordinating regional/global projects with in-market activation and training from Nestlé global teams.
