Job Summary
Director, Digital Workspace and Automation leading the Microsoft 365 digital workplace stack (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot) with governance and ROI accountability; manages a team of up to 20 staff, drives platform adoption, ensures security/compliance, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver on a roadmap for scalable productivity solutions and GenAI-enabled features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is a distinct advantage
- Professional development: certification or evidence of continued education in cloud platforms (Azure), automation (Power Apps / Automate), and emerging AI technologies (Copilot, Azure)
- Training or certifications related to Microsoft 365, cloud governance, or DevOps practices (preferred)
- 10+ years as an application owner of the M365 applications, with accountability for roadmap delivery and platform adoption
- Demonstrated ability to balance innovation, governance, security, and compliance in a medium to large scale digital workplace environment
- Led delivery and ongoing support of Microsoft 365 digital workplace solutions, including both standard and custom applications
