Job Summary
Director of Digital/Technical Product Management to lead digital advice platforms and multi-platform technology solutions for USAA. Responsibilities include setting product strategy, leading discovery and delivery of digital applications (including Advice Center, Financial Readiness, Move event), managing a team of product managers and DPOs, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, driving data-driven decision making, and ensuring compliance and risk controls. Requires strong experience in digital/technology product management, agile/lean practices, user experience concepts, and leadership across cross-functional teams. Location options include San Antonio, Plano, Phoenix, Colorado Springs, Charlotte, or Tampa with a hybrid in-office requirement; relocation assistance is not available; US citizenship/visa sponsorship not provided for this role. Benefits and compensation are outlined, with a salary range of $143,320 - $273,930 and eligibility for incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 8 years Digital/Technology Product Management experience, to include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing; OR an Advanced degree and 6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, to include Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing.
- 3 years of direct team lead or leading matrixed or cross-functional teams.
