Job Summary
Director, Digital Services responsible for leading digital strategy and execution across digital banking channels (online banking, mobile app, payments) and managing digital platform performance, upgrades, and vendor relationships. Drives a member-focused digital experience by partnering with IT, Payments, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance; translates enterprise strategy into actionable initiatives; monitors trends and adoption, and leads or contributes to cross-functional project workstreams. Oversees vendor management, contract and SLAs, risk and compliance, and analytics to measure platform performance and drive digital adoption. Leads a high-performing digital services team, coaches staff, and ensures regulatory and information security standards are maintained while delivering reliable, usable, and secure digital channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in digital banking, product management, or technology delivery including leadership responsibility
- Experience in the banking, credit union, or payments industry strongly preferred
- Symitar core processing experience is a plus
