Job Summary
Define and communicate a clear digital product strategy aligned with company goals while owning the digital roadmap across US, UK, and select global sites. Champion a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making, partnering closely with the Tech team to deliver commercially impactful solutions. Lead delivery of product features and enhancements, ensuring speed, quality, and impact through continuous iteration using customer insights and analytics. Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to maintain a leading digital experience, driving adoption and performance. This role supports Build-A-Bear's direct-to-consumer growth with a mobile-first approach, requiring 8+ years of experience in high-scale environments and expertise in conversion rate optimization. Based in St. Louis, MO, the Director will measure success by achieving annual department objectives and corporate goals focused on eCommerce revenue and funnel metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience gained in high-scale, high-complexity environments
- Bachelor's degree
- Expert in digital product strategy and road mapping
- Expert in conversion rate optimization and experimentation
- Expert in translating business needs to technical partners
- Skilled in Agile/Scrum Product Development
- Skilled in analytics and funnel performance (Salesforce, GA4)
- This role must be based in St. Louis, MO

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with technology and engineering leaders
