Job Summary
Director, Digital Media responsible for leading paid media strategy across Auberge Brand and property portfolio, overseeing agency partnerships, budgeting, analytics frameworks, and AI-driven marketing initiatives. Drive omnichannel media planning, measurement, attribution, and executive reporting; translate complex data into actionable recommendations; lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, analytics, finance, and commercial teams; manage multi-market programs and large media budgets; leverage platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, DV360, Campaign Manager 360, Adform, and SEO/GEO concepts; require a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in the field; role supports hybrid work arrangements in Bethesda, MD or New York City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in media planning, buying, performance marketing, or digital strategy
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with hospitality, travel, or multi-property brand environments preferred
- Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies and marketing technology platforms
