Job Summary
Define and execute the digital manufacturing strategy aligned with Daikin's transformation goals, leading a team of business analysts covering order, materials, inventory, and warehouse management. Oversee the deployment and optimization of ERP systems including Oracle, SAP B1, and SAP S/4/HANA for manufacturing analytics, while driving the transition from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing processes with enterprise platforms, develop detailed roadmaps, and implement tools that support automation, digitization, and risk mitigation. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in support of Configure-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years in a Digital leadership role, with a focus on ERP implementations
- Proven experience managing business analysts and delivering digital solutions in a global manufacturing or industrial environment working with large-scale ERP systems and transformations, specifically Oracle and/or SAP
- Extensive Functional supply chain or manufacturing knowledge, ERP systems and analytics platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within a Digital (IT) organization and driving cross-functional digital initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
- Familiarity with Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes
- Understanding of Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping, and best practices in ERP design
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences
