Job Summary
Director-level Product Director for Digital Identity Externalization at Chase. Drive definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of identity products (e.g., identity lifecycle management, identity graph, consent management, digital identity solutions). Translate strategy into roadmaps and user stories, manage backlogs, and collaborate across engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions. Engage stakeholders, stay abreast of digital identity trends and regulatory requirements, and track KPIs to drive adoption and user experience. Requires 10+ years in technology product management (identity, data, security, or financial services) and a Bachelor’s degree; strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and execution capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of product management experience in technology, preferably in identity, data, security, or financial services
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling technology products or features
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, consent management, digital identity, or related technologies is a plus
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
