Job Summary
Director of Product Management for Digital Identity Externalization at Chase. Own the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of identity products and features (identity lifecycle management, identity graph, consent management, and digital identity solutions) and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and user stories. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and business teams; support go-to-market and commercialization efforts; and track product KPIs (adoption, conversion, user experience, fraud rates). Requires 10+ years in technology product management, Bachelor's degree, strong communication, collaboration, and execution skills, and experience delivering complex identity/security solutions. Location: New York, NY (onsite). Senior-level leadership responsibilities with a focus on delivering scalable, secure identity products in a financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in technology, preferably in identity, data, security, or financial services
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, consent management, digital identity, or related technologies is a plus
