Job Summary
Director, Digital Fundraising leads the strategy, execution, and performance of USO’s digital direct response fundraising efforts across channels such as paid search, programmatic advertising, paid social media, email, and the USO website. Responsible for acquiring, retaining, and converting donors, managing a team of digital fundraising professionals and agency partners, building integrated strategic roadmaps, and driving revenue growth with a focus on ROI and long-term donor value. Oversees eCommerce platforms and donation resources, develops compelling copy and creative for direct response campaigns (including SMS and paid media), continuously tests website experiences, and represents the program internally and externally. Leads vendor management, budgeting, reporting, and cross-channel optimization, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize donor journeys and attribution. Requires strong leadership, analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Remote position within the Eastern or Central time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field required.
