Job Summary
Own end-to-end digital design and verification delivery for the site, establishing a coherent strategy covering simulation, formal, and AMS/DMS co-simulation to improve first-pass silicon success. Guide architecture decisions for control systems and FSMs while enforcing sign-off criteria and driving design reuse to accelerate time-to-market. Lead cross-functional alignment with analog, system, and product teams to ensure seamless global integration and predictable execution against product roadmaps. Build and scale a high-performing team, defining roles and career progression to institutionalize standardized flows and data-driven decision-making. Define a multi-year vision for digital capabilities, translating business strategy into technical investments and driving adoption of best-in-class automation frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leader in digital IC design and/or verification at scale
- Track record of delivering complex mixed-signal SoCs end-to-end
- Deep expertise in RTL design, FSM/control logic
- Deep expertise in Verification methodologies (UVM, formal, AMS/DMS)
- Ability to operate across strategy, system architecture, and execution simultaneously
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across global teams
