Job Summary
Director of Digital Delivery to lead BIM/VDC project execution across the lifecycle, driving staffing, workflows, dashboards, and data-driven insights. Responsible for communicating with stakeholders, developing Digital Execution Plans, managing BIM staff, and translating model data into actionable improvements for cost, schedule, and issue resolution. Must have 12+ years in BIM/VDC/delivery roles, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong proficiency with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Power BI, Excel). This client-facing leadership role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, delivery excellence, and ongoing adoption of digital delivery tools.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, digital delivery, construction technology, or related roles
- Strong proficiency with BIM/VDC and digital tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Dynamo, Power BI, Excel)
- Proven ability to translate complex project data into actionable insights, executive reporting, and improved delivery performance
- Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes across multiple projects and stakeholders with minimal oversight
