Job Summary
Lead global Professional Services managers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, establishing delivery standards for Manpower Planning, Crew Pairing, Crew Rostering, and Fatigue Risk Management solutions. Set expectations for team performance, utilization targets, and customer satisfaction while driving workforce planning, capacity modeling, and succession planning. Monitor global delivery KPIs including on-time delivery and project margin, serving as the executive escalation point for critical issues and risks. Maintain executive sponsor relationships with airline C-suite stakeholders, collaborating with Sales on account growth and surfacing customer feedback to Product and Engineering leadership. Develop the multi-year strategy for the DAP Professional Services function, partnering with Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to refine delivery models and organizational design.
Required Qualifications
- 12 or more years of progressive experience in professional services, implementation delivery, or consulting within enterprise software
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing managers and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience leading a geographically distributed professional services organization across multiple regions
- accountability for global delivery performance and team development
- Deep domain knowledge in airline or aviation operational planning
- direct experience in one or more of the following areas: crew management, manpower planning, fatigue risk management, or related workforce optimization disciplines
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations for large airline or aviation enterprise customers
- experience navigating regulatory and operational constraints inherent to the aviation industry
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams, developing managerial talent, and sustaining organizational health across geographies and time zones
- Executive presence and communication skills sufficient to represent Jeppesen ForeFlight credibly at the C-suite level, both internally and in customer-facing settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resource constraints, and delivery risk across a large and diverse portfolio of simultaneous engagements
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with Jeppesen DAP product suite or comparable airline crew management and planning solutions
- Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks relevant to crew scheduling and fatigue risk management, including EASA, FAA, and CASA regulations
- Experience leading professional services organizations through periods of significant growth, product transition, or organizational transformation
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as developer, consultant, solution architect, or project manager that provides firsthand understanding of implementation delivery challenges
- Proficiency with professional services management platforms (e.g., Rocketlane Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, or similar PSA tools) and delivery reporting frameworks
