Director- Dialysis RN

Director - Dialysis Facility Administrator overseeing the operations of dialysis centers in Lubbock, TX and Hobbs, NM. Responsibilities include leading facility staff, managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, patient care, inventory and equipment maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality/safety standards. Develop and manage budgets, control costs, recruit and train staff, foster a positive work environment, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize patient treatment plans and outcomes. Dialysis treatments run 5am-9pm Monday-Saturday; strong leadership, budgeting, regulatory, and dialysis-procedure knowledge required. Proficiency in healthcare management software and MS Office, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.
