Job Summary

Develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategies integrating the Annual Fund and Sustainability Campaign, translating priorities into actionable plans and timelines. Monitor revenue goals, donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades while maintaining a master calendar for major gifts, direct mail, digital appeals, and targeted initiatives. Partner with leadership to implement moves management systems, oversee donor data accuracy in CRM, and coordinate stewardship touchpoints from first gift through cultivation. Design segmented donor communication strategies, manage donor societies and recognition programs, and prepare reporting materials for board and external partners. Ensure cohesive branding across fundraising platforms and equip board volunteers with effective communication tools. Manage campaign budgets and generate analytics on donor trends and pipeline development to support fiscal accountability and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive fundraising experience
