Job Summary
Director, Development and Construction Risk overseeing in-house construction technical risk for Development Finance, providing IMS/QS/PM insights on residential and development finance transactions, managing the IMS Panel, supporting monitoring against sanction conditions, coordinating with Portfolio Managers and Group Credit, and conducting site visits across the UK to identify and mitigate risks. Strong knowledge of IMS reporting, QS/CM/PM roles, and regulatory/commercial awareness required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or another RICS accredited construction degree qualification
