Job Summary
Director Deputy role at the Los Angeles Job Corps Center: reports to the center director and directly supervises the programs director and community life director; assists in planning and managing center operations and administrative affairs in line with government and management directives; provides staff training, evaluates performance, and implements organizational changes; oversees the MTC Student App and ensures campus information is up-to-date; monitors budgets, travel and contract limitations; assists in establishing center plans, programs, goals, and objectives; reviews and audits contractual compliance and effectiveness of service delivery to students; monitors labor budget and ensures staffing within budget; maintains a safe, clean work area and performs other duties as assigned; requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience (three in a managerial capacity); strong written and verbal communication skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license; MTC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
