Job Summary

Establish portfolio priorities and operational standards across IDDEAS programs, ensuring consistent execution through Associate Directors and Program Managers. Monitor performance, resolve cross-program barriers, and direct corrective actions while maintaining person-centered, equitable service delivery. Provide strategic guidance for new program development, implementation, and stabilization, aligning proposals with funding requirements and organizational capacity. Lead direct supervision of up to seven exempt-level staff, managing performance reviews, hiring, and succession planning in partnership with HR. Serve as the primary liaison to Denver Human Services, managing high-risk communications, audits, and contractual matters. Lead budget development, forecasting, and resource stewardship, while overseeing compliance strategies, risk management, and data reporting. Represent the organization with government agencies, funders, community partners, and the Denver Mill Levy Community Advisory Council.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, public administration, business administration, social work, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of seven years progressive leadership experience in human services, including responsibility for managers or multiple programs
  • Experience managing government-funded programs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Regular local travel throughout the RMHS service area
  • Travel by air and overnight travel

  • Experience leading new program implementation, organizational change, and significant program expansion
