Job Summary
Director, Demand Planning & S&OP oversees end-to-end demand planning and S&OP for North America, owns forecasting projections and systems, drives cross-functional alignment, leads a multi-year transformation via planning tools, coaches a medium-to-large Demand Planning team, and collaborates with executive stakeholders to deliver accurate demand and Sales & Operational plans. The role focuses on leading E2E S&OP, driving forecasting accuracy, managing the Demand Planning organization, and enabling strategic planning initiatives across Professional Hair, Retail Hair, and Nail businesses.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience
- 8+ years Managerial (Team Leadership) experience
- Bachelor’s degree BS Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Advanced problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a highly complex environment and understand end-to-end supply chain
- Adaptability to changing environments and new processes
- Strategic thinking coupled with process changes and hands-on activities
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational/time management skills
- Proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes
- Ability to collaborate with different styles and develop partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Advanced leadership capabilities to coach and manage a mid-to-large team
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
