Job Summary

Director of Demand Generation to lead strategy, execution, and team responsible for marketing-sourced pipeline across BH, Care, and Ed. Own pipeline targets, manage a three-person Demand Generation Manager team (one per LOB), align cross-LOB channel strategy (paid search, paid social, display, ABM, email nurture, webinars, events, thought leadership), and drive multi-channel programs to deliver consistent pipeline and revenue contribution. Partner with Sales leadership to define funnel stages, lead scoring, and handoffs; own funnel analytics, attribution, and ROI. Include SEO/AEO and conversion-rate optimization, with hands-on experience in marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clay, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and an AI-first approach to accelerate operations in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 to 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation
  • at least 3 years directly managing and developing a demand gen team
  • experience operating across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments with meaningfully different sales cycles
  • track record of owning a marketing-sourced pipeline number and delivering measurable revenue impact in a scaled SaaS environment
  • strong analytical ability to interpret funnel data and forecast pipeline health
  • deep experience with digital advertising, ABM, campaign management, SEO/AEO, and performance optimization across paid and organic channels
  • hands-on experience with marketing and sales tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Clay, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • AI-first mindset with experience building AI-enabled workflows to accelerate marketing operations
  • experience managing external agency and vendor relationships with ROI accountability
  • comfort operating in a PE-backed environment with focus on pipeline and revenue targets
